Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group Lecture Series on the Six Pillars and Coaching
Hosted by Dr. Beth Frates and Dr. Meagan Grega, in collaboration with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine
A curated collection of expert-led talks designed to educate, inspire, and empower the next generation of healthcare professionals in lifestyle medicine.

These lectures were conceived during COVID in 2020, when Dr. Beth Frates was planning a virtual LMIG meeting for her Harvard Medical School group and invited Dr. John LaPuma to speak on nature as medicine. Realizing that LMIGs across the country could join by Zoom, she brought in colleagues running LMIGs at other medical schools, including Dr. Meagan Grega. That first virtual session was a huge success — leading to a formal lecture series in partnership with ACLM, and three years of recordings that any medical school can now access.
